Elizabeth Warren Questions FINRA's Enforcement Decline: Key Considerations for Companies

On August 29, 2024, Senator Elizabeth Warren raised concerns regarding a sharp decline in enforcement actions by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
